Tasting Notes
An incredible Chenin from one of the masters of the Loire. This Chenin comes from five individual passes through the vineyard, where only the ripest bunches are picked. The result is an unbelievably complex wine with honeyed apple, baking spice, light tropical notes - so layered and deep! The palate is concentrated and primary in an off-dry style, with lovely fleshy fruit, and honeyed spice, but displaying stunning balance and finesse. This is a wine to sit with and unpack slowly.
